Diabetes support group to meet Tuesday

Winneshiek Medical Center on Tuesday is offering a support group for patients and their caregivers facing type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes.

The group will meet from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Tuesday in Conference Room B located on the lower level of the medical center. There is no charge to participate in this group; however, a brown bag meal will be available for $5 with prior request.

The diabetes education team at Winneshiek Medical Center will lead a conversation on goal setting and discuss myths surrounding diabetes.
