Kent Kleckner of Decorah and Todd Kowalke of Cresco have been elected to the board of directors for The Spectrum Network.
Kleckner is Manager of Bank of the West in Decorah and a graduate of Wartburg College. He also serves on the board of directors of Winneshiek County Development Inc., and is a member of the Trout Run Trail Public Art Committee, Winneshiek County Pheasants Forever, and the Rotary Club of Decorah. Kleckner and his wife, Jill, have three children.
Kowalke is an attorney at Kowalke Law Firm in Cresco. He has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Winona State University and a Juris doctorate from Drake Law School. He is on the board of directors of the Howard County Agricultural Society and is Lay Leader of the First United Methodist Church of Cresco. Kowalke has two daughters in college.
