Two Decorah residents on Rockefeller HS honor roll

Rockefeller Alternative High School at NICC Calmar has announced its Honor Roll students for the first semester of the 2009-2010 school year. Students named to the Honor Roll list include Andrew Frana and Cyrilla Meyer from the Decorah School District.

To qualify for the honor roll, students must earn at least three credits during the current semester and have grade point averages of 3.00-3.49.

NICC has partnered with five northeast Iowa community school districts since January 1995 to provide an alternative high school opportunity for students. The program serves the Decorah, South Winneshiek, Turkey Valley, North Fayette and Valley of Elgin school districts. The Rockefeller Alternative High School program provides an opportunity for students to complete their resident high school graduation requirements in a nontraditional setting.
